The EMC TÜV SÜD Mark
TÜV SÃœD offers manufacturers the opportunity to demonstrate compliance to EMC requirements with the EMC TÜV SÜD Mark. The EMC TÜV SÜD Mark is a modular certification mark that allows manufacturers to proudly display their certification achievements on one certification mark. The EMC TÜV SÜD Mark not only demonstrates that a product meets the essential requirements of the EMC Directive, but also has been tested, evaluated and certified by one of the most recognized names in product safety. Globally recognized, the TÜV SÜD Mark can provide products a distinct marketing advantage over the competition.

International EMC Mark
The International EMC Mark program incorporates the EMC requirements of Europe, U.S., Japan, and Australia, providing an identifiable mark to show your product complies with the diverse requirements of the global marketplace. As electromagnetic compatibility becomes increasingly scrutinized, the International EMC Mark provides significant differentiation, simplicity and speeds up time-to-market through combined testing, and customer confidence assurance by proudly displaying the International EMC Mark.

Specialty Marks
TÜV SÜD America also provides distinction with specialty marks that demonstrate compliance to specific requirements. Such marks include the TÜV Mark "For aircraft use" and the COTS Mark.

The "For aircraft use" TÜV SÜD Mark is the first mark in the avionics industry to demonstrate that a product has been evaluated and tested for use in the critical aircraft environment.

The COTS TÜV SÜD Mark identifies Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products as being tested and certified to meet MIL-STD requirements.
