Training
for IEC 61508 / 61511
TÜV provides training programs
to provide engineers an understanding of the IEC 61508 / 61511 standards.
Training is built in three stages, beginning
with the short basic-training, which provides an overview of the requirements
of the IEC 61508 standard. The second stage is a detailed-training program
for users and developers and the third stage is the safety expert certification
(CFSE-Program)
Training Options:
Generic Training Courses
Generic training courses provide the knowledge of IEC 61508 independent
of any project. The number of participants can amount up to 30 persons.
Project Specific Training Courses
The proceeding in conformance with the requirements of IEC 61508 is
discussed at a customer selected project (max. 5 participants). The
existing gaps according to IEC 61508 are allocated and possible solutions
to fill the allocated gaps are discussed. Precondition for participation
is basic knowledge to IEC 61508.
"On the job Training" (Consulting)
A TÜV Expert accompanies a project to be performed according the
requirements of IEC 61508.
