Fremont, California - November 12, 2009 - TÜV SÜD America Inc., a global testing and certification services firm, announces the opening of a new regional office, located in Fremont, California.  A product safety testing laboratory is nearing completion and will provide Product Safety testing and certification services for TÜV SÜD America's new and existing Bay Area clients.

Testing and certification services are available immediately, and Regan Arndt, a veteran Account Executive and Product Safety Engineer is available locally to discuss TÜV SÜD America's wide variety of U.S. and international certifications including NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) and SCC (Standards Council of Canada) certification, European directive approvals, CE Marking expert assistance, CB Scheme Approvals, International Compliance Management services, SEMI third-party approvals, Functional Safety evaluations, and Field Evaluations.
